• Any domestic / international airline tickets, airport taxes, visa fees, specific camera / video fees, additional transportation cost from and to the general pick-up / drop-off regions (such as airports, out-of-town resorts, ports, harbours and accommodation in surrounding towns);
• Any accommodation expenses of a personal nature. This includes (compulsory festive) meals and drinks, mini-bar consumption, laundry, room service, any telephone or other communication cost not mentioned in the program;
• International travel and medical insurance coverage for customers.

RESTRICTIONS:

International Tours: Hotels, sea and river cruises outside of the United States are not required to comply with ADA requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways or elevators to accommodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters. Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard motor coaches and river cruises.

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for it is even worse. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip. Please read this important information regarding travel insurance before making your final payment.
Coverage options and pricing vary based on your total trip cost. Travel protection becomes effective upon receipt of the premium and may not be available after your final payment.

• All of your payments to ABW Travel Agency, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Reservations must be made in your full name ( First, Middle, Last name) as it appears on your passport.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
• Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
• Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
• You are responsible to keep ABW Travel Agency, LLC management  informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
